In exciting news, the Sean Duffy Community Centre Development, Ardnaree, Ballina, has recently received planning approval to demolish the existing community centre building, dating back to 1971, and construct a modern, two-story state-of-the-art hub. The development includes updated sports facilities, a sensory room, and enhanced multi-use spaces.
The redevelopment encompasses the 1.68-hectare site accessed via Healy Terrace and includes several key features of a two-story, energy-efficient building designed for wider community access, offering spaces for children, the elderly, and those with sensory needs.
